So far the tourny refs have been:
Initial Tournament: Shear
Blade Tournament: Shear
Quad Tournament: GoldenSunFighter
No Limits Tournament: DarkEffigy
League Tournament: Shear
Lightwieght Tournament: DarkEffigy and GoldenSunFighter
Entries for the League and Lightwieght tournaments are due Saturday this week

Question...
If I use the Gavial Quad Legs with the Chimera, would that be considered copying Shear's new Widower design?

Not technically, A lot of people "borrow" idea from one another, as long as it's not a widower clone on quad legs you should be fine

That's true, but wouldn't an AC with dual bazookas be stealing the concept from the first person who created an AC with duos? It maybe just be me, but I wouldn't really think of it as a theft. I would think that I would be a pioneer for creating a design that was not thought of before. I mean just look at the lightbulb. That was an amazing invention, but after it was created, many similar lightbulbs came out. But the only think people remember is that Thomas Edison created it, and not an imitator |

I was the first to use dual bazookas in a tourny, I really don't think it's stealing when somebody else uses them it's an effective combo.

Golden and I have already done double nichirin in the 1st tourney...
Of course Golden still has his design but I pretty much gave up on Infernus...

Damn... I can't think of anything to say to this, except what I did before.
Let's face it. Everyone uses bazookas, TS. Not just you.
Hardly anyone even thinks about using the chimera. To have Fallen come in from seemingly nowhere and want to uses it only after seeing Widower is a bit... what's the word... unwelcome.
You would be doing the same thing that metatron did. Well, not the EXACT same thing, since 1) I haven't posted the quad legged Widower and 2) the circumstances are not exactly the same, but the principle of the thing.... what you're trying to DO, is the same.
None would look kindly on another chimera user (at least I think no one would.... Tailsnake obviously disagrees)
PS
You can basically infer that I am against the creation of another Chimera user.
PPS
You can also infer that while I oppose it, I can do nothing about it, except deny the entry of such a creation.
PPPS
You can ALSO infer, from my past actions, that it would be highly unlikely for me to deny any AC entry except for specific reasons and/or circumstances.

Well, in Fallen's defense, I technicaly would have stolen Decibel's weapons from Tailsnake's Wasp design. (I didn't mean to though, just was what I saw in the game then I looked at his hangar and WHAOMG!) But IMO the concept's were way different, in my design, decibel, I used range and defensive manuvers, while Tailsnake's Wasp used more aggressive, mid-range manuvers.
So I guess it is morally wrong to steal a concept, but in no w ay is it wrong to steal a weapon combo.

Heh, I've also realized that Death Rook's weapon setup is a lot similiar to Wasp and Decibel, minus the weapon extensions.
I didn't look too deeply into the designs before I made Rook for the no limits tourney.

Biped chimera is very ambitious... I think longer range AI would be better so that it doesnt get hit while kneeling.

I have a question, can anybody explain the "Calorific Value" and what it does when impacting the energy supply?
Good luck with the chimera biped, my version is kinda forced to kneel at extremely long range, just with lots of AP so it can take a couple hits.
