Kirin Thundersword isn't that bad. It's actually quite powerful, even though it's dull.

GS, Lance, Hammer, SnS, DS and BG.

How, please explain once again what I need to do to the rust SnS, it's currently at "Hunter's Knife".

I don't think that monster can be stun, I haven't tried it though, but anyways, the first time I killed it, I was using the Poison Battleaxe. It took a while, like 3 missions to take it down, but it came down.

Just stay alive for every mission, regardless of whether you win or lose, damage is carry over to the next mission until it's killed. So, just keep up the pressure.

BTW, what is your defense? Make sure you have the highest defense possible, if you are like me who's not very good at it. And use the Protection Earring if you keep getting beat up, it saved me from death a couple of times.

Well you didn't get a rusted SNS so redo it don't polish it go on a quest.Try and do 2 of them or 3 without saving and then try it.if that doesn't work keep trying you will get a rusted sooner or later.

and for Garuga try and just deal dmg up the but as much as you can and just so you know dmg carry over so don't quit if you die.

I did the process you lay out like 20 times already and still no Rust SnS. I even have charts and graphics of each polish. There's a pattern, it's not radom. I just don't know when this pattern is going to reach the rust-weapon.

Any help will be greatly appriciate.

well rain all i know is keep trying cause it happen to me i was there for like 2hours doing it.But then it WORK i was about to reset the psp to but then i look closer and it said rusted i was like @__@!!.So yea the moral of the story is to keep on trying never quit. xD
