How are the fights going to be done? Becuse after the first round their is going to be an AC that will get to go to the next round without a fight.
10 ACs. After Round1 5ACs. 4 ACs battle each other and 1 AC tags along to the next round becuase it has no oppenant. Now there is 3 ACs another 2 fight each other then 1 does not.
Well If we do 12 we will only have 1 round with an AC without an opponent.
12 ACs, after Round1, 6 ACs, Then Round2, 3ACs again.

12 per bracket, AC with the highest AP in the second round gets seeded into the finals - that's how we've always delt with last round splits
