Ahahaha, he was dreaming of a paradise... Hmmmm. You did an awsome job so far Jacques. Keep up the good work. We'll be waiting for the results when you are done with the battles. edited: On another note, a previous one. Jacques, your so called "harmless animal" almost killed my Black Widow... Hmmmm. Doesn't seem "harmless" to me, I think that's why Black Widow killed it.

I'm BACK!!!!!!!!!!! I had to stay an extra day. Just got back 4 hrs ago. Ok, First thing, Jac, you should have just gave out the general descriptions in the first round. The entry period is over so no one else could have entered and/or change their design so you no longer needed to keep it secret. Now when I read it all I still have no Idea what was happening. (Its hard for me to understand things with out a reference.) Second GO OMINIA!!!! Third Ominis got caught on the scenery right? Damn I hate that. Its what happened to Ominia in the last tourney. Forth Too bad you are ban from the next league, so is TS, Atrum, Dark, Shear, Ninja, and O-G (according to the info I've heard so far). Ahahaha! >>> But seriousily though, if you guys are banned, then I see no reason to even enter that league. Why would I be banned from the new league? I'm retired and I wouldn't be able to get in the league hangers. And I agree, You have to figure something out were you guys could still enter. Maybe limit to what you can do. Like you may not do certain missions or something. Or maybe limit how much money you can get somehow to were your not underpaid but you can't quite do what you want to do to get the best ACs possible to counter everyone else's. What ever you guys do I would trust you not to abuse the info of our ACs too much.(It will be a given that you will use it to some extent. The more Power, the More Corruption. But you all still will have your own way of doing things so the knowledge of the designs will hopefully take a backseat to your personal strategy.) Fifth And about the league, I had a funny vision. I had a dream where all of us were piloting AC's and duking it out in a gym/arena. The funny part was we were just punching each other - no weapons involved besides that. So who won?

I WISH I DID.
Anyway, I'm back from work. After a tiny break, I will continue with le battles.
Edit - An answer to Atrum's request. I feel that I shouldn't just post people's builds and spill their secrets (especially the precious AI, which may be recycled for the upcoming league), so I will just provide basic descriptions on the visible parts of each AC AFTER I finish with this round.

Match 3: Overpowered Map: Aros Highland Grid 1: Axel Twin 1 Grid 2: Rex
Because of the lack of many obstructions between the two AC's here at Aros Highland, Rex was just having fun shooting at the much smaller biped Axel, who had an 81G and Peryotn. Not long after the start of the match, Rex's krsw+geryon2+184rn combo smoked Axel into overheating mode. Soon after that, Axel was stranded on a plateau charging. Although it still had a nade launcher to fire, Rex's tank body was too well armored for it to take any real damage. This battle was one-sided from the start.
Time: 18s Winner: Rex (5689 AP left)

I said general descriptions, I didn't mean everything. I think I mentioned that before I left for the weekend, with the Visible only parts or at least the type of the AC with what weapons it was using.
And did you just say you wished you won? That means someone DID win in the dream of yours.
So SPILL IT!! lol

Match 4: Penalty Shots Map: Leptas Arena Grid 1: Juliet Grid 2: JACKAL
This has GOT to be the CLOSEST match I HAVE and WILL EVER SEE on this board and everywhere else! Juliet and JACKAL started off firing with all their might. Juliet used its WH05BP bazooka and harpy2's, while JACKAL used its BZL (the vertically-aligned quad-barrel bazooka arms). Both were sporting inside napalm rockets as well. The AP counts were dead even the whole time, since both AC's were equally slow and equally powerful. This match is like a world cup soccer game between two top teams; you know there's gonna be a tie and wait for the penalty kicks. I waited 18 whole seconds for the last locks that both AC's fired simultaneously at each other. Juliet fired more locks of harpy's and a BP shell at JACKAL, while JACKAL sent 5 bazooka shells straight for Juliet. Guess who won.
Time: 19s Winner: JACKAL (94 AP left.....MAN THAT WAS CLOSE! I THOUGHT THERE WAS GOING TO BE A TIE!)

Match 5: Home Sweet Home (you guessed it, O-G) Map: Vina Parking Grid 1: Barda V4 Grid 2: Ominia minia Dominia
I think I've mentioned before that Barda V4 + Vina Parking equates to instant @$$ whooping. My assumptions were correct in this here match. Although the floating AC, Ominia, was very agile and zipped left and right around the poles, V4's powerful 81G and Krsw combination stunned Ominia into submission. Ominia's Ogre2 and Peryton combination, though it was able to hit Barda V4 often, did not do as much damage in comparison. Barda V4 became even more scary to face at close range, and when the two AC's met, Barda fired like mad and stunned Ominia so badly that Ominia seemingly stopped moving. Without the quickness, and at close range, Ominia was done for.
Time: 20s Winner: Barda V4 (with a whooping 5928 AP left)
AC's that've advanced to the next round:
PrettyKitty BLACK WIDOW Rex JACKAL Barda V4 (also gets the auto-advance)
Matchups for the next round:
BLACK WIDOW v. Rex PrettyKitty v. JACKAL
Stay tunned (I'm going to finish these battles tonight. I promise.)

Congratulations to Rainmaker for having two AC's advance with less than 1000 AP apiece, and also to O-G for a stunning performance as well as a memorable close call. Rex is still kicking serious butt as always, Dark, so I don't need to say much else.

I just thought of something . . . If hover legs 'Hover' then why does it stop when it gets hit? Shouldn't it be just knocked off course?

well....I'm not sure about that, but I can remember seeing your AC pretty still, as in, it's unable to continue moving on its own free will. Stun effect.

Match 1: Frustration Map: Vina Parking Grid 1: PrettyKitty Grid 2: JACKAL
The outcome of this battle was determined by the range of the weapons that each AC sported, but still, both AC's put up a great fight. JACKAL started off the battle, as always, by firing storms of bazooka shells straight at PrettyKitty, who returned two Wyrm shots right back at the hovering AC. Although JACKAL's attack could cause much more damage, none of them hit PrettyKitty; it was simply too far away. The Wyrm, being a sniper rifle, hit JACKAL dead on. JACKAL refused to give in to this fact and stubbornly fired another lock of shells at the parading cat, along with a Coral. There was a hit, but only one bazooka shell found its way onto PrettyKitty's thin shell. The cat marched on by shooting two Wyrm shots and a Geryon blast to taunt the floating machine some more. Being immature as always, PrettyKitty decided to approach JACKAL. JACKAL then decided to take a different strategy and used its back linear guns. Hit, after hit, after hit. PrettyKitty was stunned by the quickness and force of JACKALS shots. Its AP was dropping quickly, and because of all the shock created by the linear shell bursts, PrettyKitty's long-ranged weapons were missing. The JACKAL was determined to clinch the battle with the successful change of weapons, but its plans were soon crushed when the feline pounced back in order to take advantage of the limited range of JACKAL's weapons. Perfect strategy. Even JACKAL's linear guns could only scratch metal off of the poles, leaving PrettyKitty untouched. The Geryon and Wyrm blasts kept coming and hitting, and when the kitten ran out of Wyrm ammo, Peryton bursts came out instead. The assault proved to be too much for JACKAL, and even the 6-lock shells that it fired as a last resort at PrettyKitty barely made a scratch.
Time: 29s Winner: PrettyKitty (5957 AP left)
