Hey all
Just got a PSP and as no BattleTech games for it went for ACFF - my first venture into AC. Pretty impressed ;D
Now being a data-fiend I have tried to find something listing parts and the stats for those parts in one place. I know I can look at them in the game but it's difficult to compare and contrast, get ideas of ranges for particular attributes etc. Haven't found anything so far ..... any suggestions?
And then the newbie question - what makes a good AC?
Cheers

Hmmm, I don't know of such place. I think TS or the other staffs will be able to help with that (data thing).
On the other hand -- "what makes a good AC?"
It's a difficult question, and there isn't an easy answer. Two things make a good AC, AI and parts. One without the other is a mess. You'll find "good" ACs in the "Designer Garage" here, all awsome ACs. Try messing with them a bit -- see what makes them "good". And play, experiment on your own also, to find your style -- AC and AI. We can use a fresh prespective on AC building.

I was working on a chip list, but that seems to have hit a dead end. Maybe I'll start on a part guide! (If I ever put down MHF!)

I mean a guide on how to get each and every chip. I currently have info on 285 out of the 319 chips.
