And also give me an opinion on whether or not the last battle should be done on a diff map then the rest of the tourney, such as Leptas Arena-->Grand Arena and so forth

I don't know yet. I say it has to be small enough so the ACs get close quick but still have enough room to stay at an effective wave range with out getting getting stuck at a wall.
I would also like to point out that the Grand arena is not good for the final match because it has those lowered and higherd sections around the edges and any AC can easily get caught up on them spelling certain doom.
Maybe Laptas or Hollow for final match.
I have to check my PSP to see whats good for the regular fights.
EDIT: I accedently voted for Leptas without looking at the PSP yet.

leptas worked wonders for the first blade tourney. small, but large enough to let waver bladers do their thing (generally). wavers will need goot terrain tuning to make sure the don't get caught in the corners
