It's from Red v. Blue, yes. "Bow Chicka Bow Wow" is a quote from the series, and it's supposed to be a joke about music from pr0n movies. Your post about Juliet and Orphan is what generated that comment.

mm...they started to run out of ideas...or I started to lose interest in it, somewhere in season 2.
