What does everyone think of the fanfic Shear and I posted on the main page?
It did start off as a joke but the later parts get more serious. Oh, and hopefully nobody minds that we've chosen some key ACs in the tourneys so far to be incorporated into the story. Personally, I was laughing my head off the first time I heard that David (Golden's AC) would be the main character's nemesis.
Again, the fic is unlike the ones here in that the characters are all ACs, not architects. Post your thoughts/predictions here.

yea what he said but anyway i think you should add blood and guts yea yea never heard of a mech have blood and guts/blood=oil guts=hmmm stuff yea thats should do it.

Like... no one has any other thoughts on this?  The second part was posted a while ago. It would be nice to get feedback... or maybe there isn't enough there yet to give feedback on. The story is basically mapped out already, but we aren't gonna show all the parts at once. |

Yes, we took a bit of creative license and applied human characteristics to ACs. Think of them as having "advanced AI".
I've polished it up a bit; I may do some more parts soon (seeing as shear hasn't touched it in a while).

Sometimes the human qualities seem a bit bizarre and unfit for a robot, but it was acceptable for me and makes the story more engaging because I guess we can relate to human-like robots rather than robots alone.

We actually started this fanfic during the no limits tourney and worked on it until the current part, but didn't bother to post anything for a long while.
Now I'm picking up where the plot left off...

I'm sure Dark will put most of the "well-known" AC's in there soon enough (lol, this sounds more like a request than an assumption, nudge nudge)...just depends what order he would like to put them in.

Originally it was just shear's ACs VS Golden's ACs, but then we decided to add some renowned others (ie. tourney champs like Dragon).
Now that I'm continuing with the story I'll probably add some of the ACs that you guys have, if you like.

Heh, it'll definitely make the story more engaging...or "colorful," since there are more familiar faces.
Plus, it'd be cool to see what kind of personality traits you'll give them in the process.

lol...im starting a revolution with myself, im challenging myself to see how many fics i can get my ACs into x.X Edit: BWAHAHA!!! Zeratul and Barda's spin thing was hilarious... I hope they live though...lol Btw thx for sticking them in there as the guards hehe, i liked that little battle |

Update sometime today, probably.
I was planning on doing daily updates but it didn't work out so well.
The choice of well known ACs is getting narrower, but I've got most of the plot mapped out. Just got to work on the details.

Naw, in the AC world a King doesn't need to have a queen . Still, I might put put her in there... but right now she's not accounted for... Shear's Sandra from the quad tourney was female... but she's dead... and also Widower's former wife . EDIT: Juliet will probably be in there sometime, just not in this arc. She'll probably get into the story later on; and I assure you that she won't die immediately (if at all) like Barda and Zeratul. |

I'm not asking (Ok maybe a little) but if you do put Ominis in there you HAVE to have Ominia in there as well. There are mates (Not siblings) if you could say that about ACs.
I mean you said Widower had a child with another AC . . .
What did they do?
Buy it off the shelf?

FWI Ominia shall soon be Updated and she can contend with barda and still have a chance of winning.
