Not too shabby. Seems like the apocalypse-esque/impending doom plot is popular...
Only thing is that the title is a bit of a mouthful..

Well, the title is fine. I mean, if your fic is put into proper context and fits the title, then no one's going to complain. Maybe except...Dark? ^_^
See, "Necron Assault" isn't going to have as much meaning as "The Necron Assault on Earth," so if you plan to change the title...then...come up with some metaphor? Or a title involving your main character's name? Anything will pretty much work as long as the fic fits.
