Invoking -- Official Rules v1.2 SECTION 3B: Withdrawing a design
If you feel that a design is not up to par for some reason, you have the option of withdrawing the AC. This costs 7000 credits, and the ACs position is immediately relinquished. THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE. If you think it's absolutely necessary, or if you're low on credits, this would be a good option. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This applies to Shear's withdrawn of Widower and Blind Eyes, Animesou withdrawn of Blue-Eyes and Tamer, total cost of 14,000 credits for each architect.
Animesou does not have enough credits to withdrawn.
There were also numerous other withdraws, make sure all requirements are met.

Counters with Section 8. When you first enter the league, you start with an initial amount of 20000 credits.
animesou enters new design into the league.
20000 cd initial start + 3000 cd = 23000.
animesou immediately withdraws all three designs.
23000 - 7000 - 7000 - 7000 = 2000

Nope, the 20,000 credits applies only the "first" time you enter.
I didn't get any new credits for entering NINE and OMEGA into the league. If that is allow, it would be exploited by anyone who is low on credits, defeats the purpose of having credits in the first place.

There are countless things that are not written, but if negative points is allow, then again, the credit system is pointless.
An architect can exploit this by completely re-build his/her ACs to counter an opponent regardless whether or not he/she have the credits to do the modificaitons.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You'll have to counsel with the Admin and Moderators on that though, I am only invoking written Official Rules.

I think animesou needs those 14000 credits if she wishes to withrdraw her two AC's....and right now she cannot afford it.
Edit: I think you can only get the 20 grand ONCE.

*sigh*
Its kinda depressing that anime deleted her account so suddenly, without much explanation...
Now we'll lose one of our vets if she chooses not to come back.

here's the thing.... negative creds, under normal circumstances, are not allowed.
However in the case of fallen, who withdrew everything, he goes negative, since he apparently is done with the league.
with anime, despite not having enough creds, still has the ACs withdrawn due to the fact that she is pulling out of the league entirely. Her deleting her account only shows that in all the more detail. Without an account, one cannot participate in the league, and therefore does not have a credit account to pull creds from. All ACs are DELETED from the league, NOT withdrawn. Deleting your account is the same as saying "Delete everything here with my name on it, including any ACs".
Animesou can't go negative because she no longer has the ability to do anything in the league, and her ACs are removed from the standings because of that.
Fallen only remains in the status listuing because he has not blatantly stated that he is through with the league.
