Grid 1 (Challenger): Genocide- Tailsnake
Grid 2 (Defender): Cobra II- Sinner
AC fans from all across the globe gathered around for the forthcoming match--the rivalry battle to end all rivalry battles, Genocide VS Cobra II. It was finally the time when the highest ranking ACs of architects Tailsnake and Sinner would be pitted against one another. And boy, was it a doozie.
Showing off a display of great marksmanship, Genocide hailed Cobra II with a barrage of bazooka rounds, sending it packing. In response, Cobra II sent some grenades hurling Genocide's way, halting its steady advance with every shot. They were pretty evenly matched at this point of the battle.
Shell after shell was sent flying across the arena as these ACs played a deadly game of ping-pong. The attack exchanges went in favor of Genocide, whose syamana gave it the upperhand to deal maximum bazooka damage.
Cobra II fought valiantly but could not surpass, let alone match, the damage it inflicted with the damage it was dealt. The heat provided courtesy of its grenades was helpful, but did not prevent Cobra II from being on the losing end by about 1000ap.
The fight was taken to the main tower where they engaged in close-quarters fighting. Cobra II cried out in dismay as it was forced onto the side of the tower with about 100ap left.
Yet, alas, the serpent did not lose without biting it's mark into Genocide. Lifting its head into the air one last time; it flicked its massive tongue out with pride... then died with a quiet moan.

- This time Genocide was able to win without rematching. Congrats. 1553cd for Genocide's AP, and Cobra II receives 750cd min. No style points for either... I know I praised them but really the battle was mainly a target practice battle.
