Grid 1: DG-VIII
Grid 2: Barda
Ah...the much-anticipated rematch (at least I looked forward to this) between the weapon-loaded DG-VIII and the swift, Karasawa-wielding Barda. This match was one for the book, even though it's a beta1 league match, because there were many unexpected events that went on during the match. To start off, DG-VIII was on top of its game, nailing Barda with grenade launcher shots even though Barda was far away on the driveway. Barda wasn't shabby either, keeping a constant rate of accurate shots at the attacking tank. DG-VIII then began to approach Barda, and started to torture Barda with its Skylla, which did NOT hit as many pillars as I expected it to this time. Barda was still able to stay on its feet, though, but suffered immense damage.
Barda, sensing its downfall nearing, quickly readied its boosters for a grand series of evasive maneuvers, while pounding DG-VIII with Karasawa and grnd launcher shots; it seemed that the tide has turned. DG-VIII fell into a slump as it pitifully shot pillars again with its Skylla. But, after a few seconds, both AC's started to approach one another. Barda continued to fire at DG-VIII, but right when it jumped away from the cover of a pillar and into DG-VIII's view, it was struck down by a Skylla blast, left hand grenade launcher shell, and SELENA EO shot, quickly followed by a coral to put some icing on the cake, so to speak. Barda's upperhand became short-lived, as it froze in place at the force of all those shots, and continued taking damage from the menacing tank, until its AP dropped to 0.

Winner: DG-VIII (I can see Atrum dancing in joy right now, jk.)
DG-VIII's victory earns Atrum 2200 cd. It got 200 for style solely for its firing of 4 weapons in near unison, which was quite a sight to behold. Count it, F-O-U-R (sorry for the stupidity). It advances to rank 34.
Barda..Barda..Barda, was betrayed by the pillars this time, and earns 1050 for being able fight valiantly even though it was frequently hit and often on the run. It was still able to reduce DG-VIII's AP to below 2000, which is very impressive. Like I said, Oonga-Boonga, try to experiment with parts to give your Barda some extra defense, while trying to maintain or even increase its boost power (I'm sure it's possible).
Good work to both of you. It was a great 37 seconds.
