Is there a program I can download onto my computer to create AC's? If so, can you give me a link.

If you mean a virtual program or something then I can't help you, but if you're just looking for an easier way to input your builds/AI data then just go over to the main page:

there is no way to convert a picture into an emlem. FROM seems to refuse to release the encryption keys that would allow it
