New forum and host

I finally finished repairing the forum at the new host.

here's the link (and yes, we do have an actual domain name now )

things may be a little sketchy, and since I used a backup that wasn't completely up to date, some things may have been lost (should only be posts though). I am working on the creator and chat, as well as fixing the top nav group to be what it was, but it's functional
