Finding it easier to retain words with than with other apps. Owoce, chleb, ser...
gives away answers. Fix that and I'll give a much higher score.

I have always wanted to learn how to speak Polish and finding apps to help me learn words was difficult. Drops was the best app that I could find that let me learn more than 80 words in one month and makes it easy to remember. It is an amazing way to learn another language.

i installed rhe app to lesrn Polish language, but the nasic level doesnt teach the alphabets in whicj in Polish language case thsts bery essential thing to learn, other than that i like the app and the app is very helpful so far, i hope that you can add the Polish alphabet in the basics category, thank you

For the beginning is very practical
Very easy and quick to use. 5 minutes a day is a great idea.
Introduces new words at a steady rate with plenty of practice of words already learned and also helpful pronunciation. My only criticism is that the English translation comes up only once and some of the pictures are hard to interpret so I can be difficult to remember what the word means.

I wish there were negative stars or non for that matter. Sound quality is terrible across the application, and they won't fix it. Plus, and the major issue is all the misspellings. In an app about words, you cannot have misspellings or illustrations mismatch people. And please do not fall into the trap of rushing to give them 5 stars at the beginning when they ask you so you can have 5 extra minutes. They keep adding languages and features without fixing existing functionality first.
I am a language teacher always on the lookout for apps to recommend to my students. I tried Drops for free, which gives you 5 minutes' worth of access per day - theoretically. On 2 out of 7 days, there were loading issues, which led to my 5 minutes being lost on both those days. The app works with streaks and rewards, which is very engaging, but the flip side is that it is extra frustrating when those loading issues hit you. The design itself is very sleek, the pronunciation good.
Just started using this app and I like how it switches up the techniques but is very visual learner friendly. Just the right amount of repetitiveness and variety to keep it fun and interesting!

i should say they are so great team cuz i had problem my account convert to premium and took money from my bank account automatically so everyone should care about this theres something in the rules of app u should not accept it but they refund money for me back when i texted them support thanks drops
At first i really liked this app. But then the more I practiced and practiced my girlfriend and her parents (who were born in Poland and lived there 20 years before moving) star ted noticing weird things in my pronunciation. I showed them the App. It turns out about half of the words are spoken with a wrong pronunciation. Or maybe an accent but my girlfriends' family doubts it. Even if it were spoken by someone from a region it is not the way to learn, no one learns English pronunciation listening to a Hillbilly. I am quite a bit disappointed with it and that is not the only problem. In Polish there are no feminine, masculine and neutral articles like in German for example but the words MUST NONETHELESS, like in german, BE DECLINED. The app doesn't tell you the gender of the words so even though you learn them you will have to relearn them again in the future with their gender if you want to actually form sentences with them and have a dialogue. Because guess what. In polish words are even declined in the Nominative case which is the most basic of forms. Ty jesteś smutna, ty jesteś smutny respectively mean you are sick (to a woman) and you are sick (to a man) getting this wrong could look like an insult. In either case. I will change my review when either the pronunciation is fixed or the word genders.
