OK my ac doesnt look bad from the outside but when it starts fighting it not that great*sigh*

I think I can help you a bit.
First off, dont design just for a high rank. Use parts that work in good harmony with each other, the average end result is B-rank but it can also be balanced to have C rank and A rank, in some cases. In this case, the jackal legs dont really mix with the high mobility parts you have in there, considering it is a machine gun/shotgun/high boost combo (usually the light-mid weight type), but if you had bazookas or heavy weapons then I'd be okay.
Second, remove some unnecessary parts. You may want to consider taking off the back part because the AI probably will never use it unless the right weapon runs out of ammo, or you use the chip that specfically tell it to switch. And personally, I was never too fond of the mines... powerful but a little hard to aim, like rockets. I think you'd need to up AI performance in enemy, search, weapon, and attack strat to make it work moderately well. The turbot is okay but a little too enemy specific; in the league, missiles arent as common as bazookas or grenades so you may want to swap for a better part like energy replenisher or shield.
Since you have one shotgun, I'd recommend going maximum close range in your AI. They do a lot more damage in close quarters fighting. It would be a nice combo to have a napalm as your inside.
Just play around with the AI a bit, for this AC it could be desirable to have more manueverability.
