I was looking primarily at your AC "Devastation" because it reminds me a little of oonga-boonga's Juliet.

I think that the micro missle and harpy combination is very nifty and can stack up to a lot of damage if the AC is programmed to use them alternately quick enough. BUT, the fact that your AC is stacked full of weapons and heavy body parts (which you compensated for by adding the high-speed booster and only using the Wyrm, instead of a bazooka, which is great), I see the IWATO as something that you can take out for some extra energy and dashing speed. I know that having a little more EN defense is always good, but I think that the defense provided by your heavy parts make the IWATO almost unnecessary. Consider switching out the IWATO for some extension missles so that your AC can pack even more punch when it uses its back parts.

About the AI, you made a good choice to keep your AC moving at near-sniper range, because it makes the most use of your AC's sniper rifle and back weapons. I'm a little skeptical of whether you should make this AC as offensive as you've programmed it, (10 variability and 12 attack, among other things), because that setting will most likely make your AC want to close in on the opponent, despite having a DEF-2 chip.

Now, if you actually read all of that and ended up here, I think your Devastation has a lot of potential and can be a fierce competitor with a few more tweaks here and there. Best thing to do now is send it for an exhibition run against rainmaker's NINE, and may I add, watch out for the hohoshi.
