First off, your AC is what they call a "weapon monster". He just has way too many weapons that weigh him down and they kind of make him useless. Although they are great builds for manual, a build with the AI like this isn't that good because AI's are stupid and tend to only use 2 weapons most the time and the odd time 3. With 4 weapons, you'll learn he'll use all the weapons but never at the best times. (IE instead of using the sniper rifle when he's on the opposite side of the area, he shoots his shotgun.) So yea, just try to tone that down and generally use only 2-3 weapons, unless your using this for manual, which it looks like you might be as you didn't display your AI settings. If your good with manual, good for you man, it's a rare feat, but generally AI is best. So if you were to maybe take out a weapon or two it would increase your AC a hell of alot.
But until then, I give it a 6/10.

I consider myself good with manual anyway, teal, try not to sound so "harsh" when criticizing an AC. I kinda got that feel from it. Otherwise what he says is correct. The AI can't be programmed well enough to utilize all weapons. In terms of AI, specialized is MUCH better, like using a left hand weapon and a back weapon (or dual back weapon), or using both arms. One exception is missler ACs. Once they run out of ammo, which usually happens quickly, it's a good idea to have some backups ready

Oh, sorry if I sounded harsh, I wasn't trying to be. I was trying to determine whether he was using AI or Manual and throw in the pros and cons of each but I guess I might have come off as mean, I dunno. It's just the way I talk.

Okay...my review.
First off, the tank body you have chosen for you AC is pretty standard and very capable, so there's little need to alter that. I'm just looking at the weapon combo that your AC sports and how, although the weapons are pretty decent by themselves, the combination of them will actually do the AC wrong. First off, tanks usually feature heavy and ultra-powerful weapons. Lamia and Skylla are okay, but their range and usefulness is lacking as a combo that can't be used together. It doesn't make a versatile AC because the AC can only be programmed to use ONE back weapon in conjunction with a left arm weapon. If you have to choose between one, I would go with the Skylla, though, because it's got a huge blast and has wonderful damage. If you want your AC to constantly fire and not switch between so many weapons, just have one left arm and one back weapon. The Taros blade may be able to dish out good damage with successful hits, but isn't ideal for slow-moving tanks. Switch it out for a strong and ranged weapon that dishes out good damage and take out the right arm weapon.
For other tidbits, since your AC uses energy weapons, consider using Jiren or Sasui extensions or beef up some defenses with extension shields. Also, consider giving your tank some heat or extra firepower with inside napalm rockets or regular inside rockets.
Other than that, since you have no AI, I can't judge any further.
I rate the AC a 6/10.

Ok I removed the right arm I and I plan to keep the blade because I often get in to close quarters combat.
