the Deathprize is a "fine" weapon. It stuns rathalos allowing you the perfect opportunity to hit it's head hard.

uh...more questions regarding the axe. Besides poison sacs, I think it requires monster bone+ or med. monster bone(s). How do I get those? I have zero in my inventory.
I'm not very good at this game...*runs to hug my copy of AC:FF*....

you can get medium monster bones (the ones to make poison axe/battleaxe) from several quests, including:
2* Yian Kut-Ku quests (doesn't matter which generally) 3* kill the Gypceros quest 4* Rathalos quests (too much hassle for not enough) others, but I'm not that far yet
I once got like 5 medium monster bones from killing Gypceros (or maybe it was the jungle Kut-Ku...)

Heh.....3 star quests, but having trouble with all the wyvern/dragon missions.
I just accidentally deleted the data off of my memory when I was trying to clean up some save files for space, so now I guess I'm in the beginning. But thank you all for the help; I guess it'll make my day easier the second time around.

Hmmm, that's too bad Jacques. PBA is the most powerful weapon I have right now.

Any tips on how to take down Garuge Kut-Ku? (I love that flip-kick it does.)

basically the easiest way to take it down is to cut off it's tail (very easy) then slash at it's face a lot. For me, that was the only thing I could attack without bouncing off of it . You'll eventually cut off both of it's ears. After that, keep slashing at it's face. It may take more than opne attempt at the quest (either time runs out, or you die; either way, the health stays the same. i.e. if you hurt it then die and try the quest again, it's health will be at the level it was before you died. very convenient.) it generally takes me like 3 tries to actually kill it, but dam is it worth it

DevHook, but I have the european version. Since WiFi is working I need to go out and buy this game, I don't mind supporting the developers if I don't have to update.

Meh, I'm against ISO loaders mainly cuz I know a few people who have no PSP games and just use ISOs. But since I like my homebrew (even the links2 browser is better than the official sony one), I'll stick with 1.5 - I tend to use the ISO then buy the game if I really enjoy it. (I did this with AC, Megaman, and now MHF)
