Good to know you can still visit once in a while on your PSP, O-G. The page-browsing with the nub is very annoying though...

I think its okay... but it just has so many limitations that you'd prefer PC browsing much better (faster, more windows can be opened simultaneously, better scrolling, easier to save stuff, etc...).

Well, being able to surf the web on the PSP is definitely a plus; it's not like I want them to take it off. However, I hope that in the future...Sony can make a firmware patch that matters, and be able to speed up internet browsing...lol, youtube support would be AWESOME.

Stage: Dewlite City Grid 1: Raynor Grid 2: NightFiery
NightFiery started the battle by lunging towards Raynor in the open range, trying to get into close enough range so that Raynor can taste all the bz shells it will fire, but Raynor was able to back up and make smart manuevers to evade MANY of Fiery's shells, rendering its opponent's attack strategy useless. Although Fiery's Uranus fired with accuracy and consistency, it failed to do much damage to Raynor, and things began to look bleak. Meanwhile, Raynor's long-ranged gl arms were able to put huge dents on Fiery's shells, and the match ended quickly because of it.
Time: 20s Winner: Raynor, with 4943 AP left
~~~~~
Stage: Dimcage Town Grid 1: FatedCRIMSON Grid 2: Sylux
The battle played out like a cops vs. robbers game, as Sylux tried to make effective use of the buildings and range that the maps provided in order for it to fire its Fenrir's accurately and safely. However, carrying very heavy weapons, Sylux had much less boost speed than CRIMSON, and allowed its opponent to catch up and overheat it early in the match. The AP counts were dead even down to about 5000, but then CRIMSON was able to evade Sylux's charging dashes, give it a taste of extreme heat, and continued the assault around the helpless Sylux.
Time: 29s Winner: FatedCRIMSON, with 5124 AP left
~~~~~
Stage: Hollow Arena Grid 1: 57 Grid 2: NightBlaze
Both ACs gave it their all and strived to use all of their parts to their fullest. Right off the bat, both ACs fired off napalms to set each other in flames, and then Blaze decided to deploy the circling tactic. Having over 2000 AP than its opponent early in the match, Blaze seemed to have the match in the bag, but 57 expertly used the anoku to track Blaze, and with the help of the Yasya it released, made a huge comeback with its BP and inside napalms, and both were down to around 2500 AP. Then, the decisive move came, as Blaze used the last of its energy resources to fire massive Selena at 57, dealing great damage. 57 was stunned, and Blaze took the liberty to finish it off moments later in a close call.
Time: 22s Winner: NightBlaze, with 1252 AP left
~~~~~
Stage: Haton Factory Grid 1: Fred Grid 2: FatalRadius8
Another cops and robbers type match here, Fred sough to chase down Radius and obliterate it in the same fashion that it used to take out Gawaine in the last round. Dashing to and fro, Fred was able to get many shots into Radius while only one inside rocket shot. However, seconds later, 2 giants missiles, accompanied by a Funi, began to approach the charging Fred. Fred quickly backed up and caused one missile to hit a pillar, but as it tried to leap away from the other one, got hit and took massive damage. The same scenario would repeat itself, and Fred was trapped in a tight spot, with very low AP. Then, FOUR giant missiles came out of Radius's arms and headed straight for Fred, but Fred made some beautiful moves to evade all four and caused them all to explode upon crashing into a pillar by the wall. Thinking that it had seen all of Radius, Fred continued to fire from a healthy range and stopped to get an energy refill. This was a bad move, as Hydra2+Funi missiles bursted from around Radius and struck Fred hard. Fred could only take one more blow before it loses, and decided to retreat by dashing back. It arms weapons did good damage, but only the burst rifle was capable of hitting opponents from long range. Another swarm of missiles soon came for Fred, and they all hit the target and Fred cornered itself on a wall while trying to evade the missiles.
Time: 35s Winner: FatalRadius8, with 4103 AP left
~~~~~
Stage: Dewlite City Grid 1: DG-X Grid 2: Hayabusa
Although DG-X was able to establish a good AP lead early in the battle because its grenade, HP, and Selena got a good piece of Hayabusa, Hayabusa dominated the rest of the match with the deadly circular tactic. DG-X was stranded, trying hard to turn and lock on to Hayabusa, but Hayabusa's 400+ boost gave it the edge to out-dash X's every effort. When DG-X's AP was reduced to below 2000, it took a daring leap backward, found Hayabusa, and fired with all it got. It was able to further damage Hayabusa, but the quick and stunning AC was not fazed; it soon finished DG-X off with the same fail-proof method.
Time: 29s Winner: Hayabusa, with 5264 AP left
~~~~~
Stage: Leptas Arena Grid 1: Dinerken Grid 2: Conan
Conan put up the most impressive and awesome show this round, proving that a quad Chimera user can be quite mighty. Dinerken, the speedy biped with huge gl arms, sought to boost around Conan so that it can dish out good damage with its nades. However, Conan was able to back up and stop Dinerken dead on its tracks within seconds with a powerful Chimera+gl blast. Dinerken overheated instantly and saw its energy depleting, but continued to try to boost around Conan. Conan had enough of the silly games, backed off again to lock on to Dinerken, and fired another successful Chimera+nade combo, which finally put Dinerken into charging mode. From then on, the battle was like an FPS set on easy for Conan, as its every shot connected and devastated Dinerken, proving that it is quite the qualified Chimera user.
Time: 17s Winner: Conan, with 7049 AP left
Aww... Fred lost. Still, O-G puts up a good fight... and a surprisingly good chimera user.
Keep it coming...
No problem...
Despite Fred's loss, O-G still has Raynor and Conan...and Conan's already in it for the semifinals, so we'll see how that plays out.
I got somewhere to go to from 8-5 tomorrow (some...conference about colleges), and TONS of reading to do before Monday, so hopefully I can start doing the other battles tonight. Otherwise, wait for them to come out on Sunday.
Raynor's top-notch, man. I'm very impressed. It knows how to keep a good range from its enemy, and uses its long boosting periods to dodge a ton of attacks. Even though its boosting speed is low, it's quicker than most AC's because it can boost for so long. Very smart, O-G.
lol................................
He looks like Hercules... It would be funny if his sword was named "Chimera," then I would accused O-G of stealing ideas from TV shows. >.>
BTW, 'love your sig. Your Chun-Li seems to be fighting at Turbo7 speeds, while mine at Turbo2.
Just...got...back...............no...........more...............power...............left...................*drops dead*
Still got a whole ton of reading to catch up with before Monday, but since there's only two battles for me to do...I think I can handle them tomorrow evening. For now, I'm going to doze off and stay dozed off.
I'm happy to know that at least SOME of you are still keeping up with the tourney; 'gives me a purpose to do the battles and not slack off. Thanks, guys.
I guess everyone else is busy with school starting...or....they have many other things to attend to that prevents them from being regulars here. But eh, I'm glad to see that we got enough designs to fill up two nice brackets. I'm hoping to "promote" a new no-limits tourney as the one to follow this; maybe it'll get more people excited abuot designing. We've been doing restrictions for quite a while...
